Admission Capacity:
50 Student throughout MP State are admitted every year in first BHMS Course on the merit basis by the V.P. Mandal.

 
 
 
 
  Academic Session :
It is usually started from 1st july and ends on 30th june as per state government rules.
 
 

Duration of Course and Examinations :
The duration of B.H.M.S. course shall be of five and half years comprising :-
The first BHMS examination to be conducted by the university at the end of 11/2
the years.
The second BHMS examination to be conducted by the university at the end of 21/2 years.
The third BHMS examination to be conducted by the university at the end of 31/2 years.
The fourth BHMS examination to be conducted by the university at the end of 41/2 years.
Internship Training for period of one year after passing the fourth BHMS examination.

 
   
   
   
   

Vacations:
It is usually followed according to the university academic calander.

College Examination:
In addition to the university examinations, there will be pre university examination for first to final BHMS course at the end of term, in addition to the tests conducted by the departments at all of which attendence is compulsory.
Students failing to appear at these examinations or those whose performance is unsatisfactory or whose progress is not found satisfactory by the Heads of departments or the Principal, may not be granted the term or forwarded for the university exams.

   

Scholarships:
The student (SC, ST & OBC) are at liberty to apply for any Government or other scholarships or freeships available from time to time.

Conduct and Discipline:
Any student if found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provisions of Acts and Laws will be    liable to be expelled from the college without notice by the Principal.
Student should behave with dignity and decorum and in conformity with the discipline of the college.
Student should have to pay Rs.10/-per day if those who will not inform before taking any leave.
Student should appear in apron at the practical classes.
The student must go through the notice board every day before classes.
Ragging is strictly prohibited. Disciplinary actions will be taken against students indulging in such activity.

Outsiders are not to be brought to the college premise by the student.
Students should handle the instruments and equipments carefully. Otherwise they have to pay for any damage/breakage of the same by replacing it.
